Scala Latina is back for its first bank holiday event on Sunday 8th April 2007.
Scala Latina has a monthly club now, but in my opinion it has lost that certain atmosphere and feel of the Bank holidays as there are a lot less people who come then and who leave a lot earlier than the closing time.
The bank holiday events are always treated as a special event with Salseros from the North of England and even the continent attending. And they stay until the end, 6:00 am.
I much prefer the bank holiday events.

2. Salsa News from the USA.
2007 Annual West Coast Salsa Congress.
This Salsa Congress, which is on 24th - 27th May 2007, is moving to a hotel from Salsa Land where it has been for many years.
This will limit the attendance this year to only 2,500 Attendees and it will therefore sell out early. This event will therefore sell out very early! So get your tickets now.
