Salsa Congress Promoter Paul Young, has been hosting Salsa congresses and events since 1999.

1. Paul Young - The Man.

Paul Young the founder of Salsa UK is the principal promoter of the now world famous UK Salsa Congresses, one of the best and biggest in the world and certainly the biggest in Europe.

I have been going to this event since it's inception in 2002
and am witness to this event become bigger and better. I thoroughly enjoy myself every time I go and always look forward to the next one, being one of the first people to book.

I first saw Paul at villa steffano in Holborn one of the best club night on a Sunday for about 4 or 5 years back in the mid to late 1990's until its demise about 4 or 5 years ago. He was a regular there but little did I know what he was planning.

2. Paul - The UK Salsa Promoter.

Paul is the organiser of many Salsa events around London, UK and the world.

On a local level he and Salsa UK organise classes and club nights around South and Central London.

These include events such as the Salsa Slams and the Latin Splash on Clapham Common.

He also organises various other events around the UK such as the latest Salsa Congress, the Brit Salsafest in Blackpool.

3. Paul - The International Salsa Promoter.

Paul also does a lot of promotions internationally.

Apart from the now world famous UK Salsa Congress he has brought to the UK world famous international dance acts.

Salsa Artists from USA such Edie the Salsa Freak, Johnny Vasquez and Hacha Y Machete.

Also international artists from Europe such as Tropical Gem, and Salsa Dance Squad.

He also brought international bands such as Johnny Polanco, Alex Wilson, Eddie Palmieri, Omara Portoundo, Oscar D'Leon and Spanish Harlem Orchestra.
