Take a Salsa Dance Holiday in a country where Salsa originated and experience the culture.

1. A Salsa Dance Holiday?

Why not?

Have you ever wondered about the countries where Salsa originated?

We all travel abroad even if it's only once a year or perhaps more often.

You need to do that to have a break from your work and recharge your batteries for whatever work you do.

However why not combine this with a Salsa Dance holiday or to put it more precisely make this into a Salsa holiday?

2. Your Holidays will never be the same.

Most people's idea of a holiday is to do virtually nothing apart from lying on a beach and perhaps hitting a few night clubs.
Why not turn your holiday into a Salsa holiday?.

You will have your holiday and do what you normally do that is relax on the beach, drink rum punch, go on a few tours around the area and in the evening just enjoy a show or just relax.

You may be an experienced salsa dancer, someone who has just started and is becoming passionate about Salsa or a complete newbie who just wants to learn.

Going on a Salsa holiday would be the thing for you.

3. Why a Salsa Holiday?

A Salsa Dance Holiday provides you with all the reasons for going on a holiday plus provides you with an activity that you are passionate about.

We all go on holiday to get away from work and do nothing apart from lying on the beach, yes? However you could not do that for 1- 2 weeks without getting bored out of your skull. There is always something that you would want to do to relieve the monotony. A Salsa Dance holiday would be the perfect solution.

It is just a normal holiday with these Salsa activities thrown in. The schedules are events are normally:

  • The first night party where there may be the introduction of the performers/teachers, a few shows and dancing.
  • The next day there would be classes in different types of dance e.g. Salsa, Bachata etc at all levels, a few afternoon shows, perhaps some competitions, then some shows in the early evening and after that dancing until 5:00 am and beyond the next morning.
  • The next day would probably be the same format with different classes and perhaps final presentations of awards and prizes in the evening.

4. Conclusion.

So this is a holiday with a difference. You can do as little and as much as you like. You can do just the dance classes, just watch the shows, do the evening dancing only or do everything or absolutely nothing while enjoying a normal holiday. It is entirely up to you. The cost of the Salsa activities are normally included in the cost of the holiday so there is nothing extra to pay on top.

You can do this holiday as part of an organised tour or you can do it by organising it yourself. There are a lot of Salsa events in many countries, the main ones being the Salsa congresses where you can organise this yourself by booking the event, hotels and the flights yourself.
